Description
How It Works:
1. Register with PkgPlace – You must have an active account with them before requesting shipping.
2. Request Shipping – When registering or bidding, you must add a note to the auctioneers that you’d like shipping.
3. Pay Your Invoice First – All Auction X invoices must be paid in full before shipments are released, in addition to your PkgPlace shipping fee.
4. Processing Fee – Auction X applies a $5 processing fee to every shipping request.
5. Shipping Costs – All rates, timelines, and delivery fees are set by PkgPlace. Auction X has no control over these costs.
**Important Notes**:
- You must place your shipping order directly with PkgPlace.
- Once your order is confirmed, Auction X will process it on our end and release your items for shipping.
Waiver of Liability
Auction X is responsible for your items only until the moment they leave our warehouse. Once items are handed over to PkgPlace, Auction X assumes no liability for loss, damage, delays, or any issues during transit. Any claims must be made directly with PkgPlace. By requesting shipping, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
