Return Policy # RETURN POLICY

At **TrueBid Canada**, all items are sold through public auction and are offered **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no warranties or guarantees unless otherwise stated.

* **All sales are final.**
* No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be issued for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or failure to inspect the item before bidding.
* Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all item descriptions, photos, and condition details before placing a bid.
--Refund Exceptions

A refund will **only** be considered if the item is **materially different from the auction listing**, including but not limited to:

* The listing states the item is **working**, but the item received is **not working**.
* The item received is a **different size, model, color, or version** than what was described in the listing.
* The item received is **not the same item** shown or described in the auction listing.
* There is a significant error or omission in the item description that materially affects the item.

All refund requests must be submitted within **48 hours of pickup** and are subject to review and approval by **TrueBid Canada**.
