Eyre, David Copperfield, Typee, Last Days of Pompeii & More – 25¢ Painted Cover Editions
Ten more tales from the world's greatest authors! This run of Gilberton's Classics Illustrated covers issues No. 28 through 48, all in the later 25¢ painted-cover editions. The cover art is a real highlight here, from Mr. Rochester glowering over Jane Eyre to Mr. Micawber strolling London with young David Copperfield. Ex-school library copies from the same Centennial Elementary collection, perfect for readers, display, or filling gaps in a run.
