**PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS — NEW LOCATION**

**14518 Hempstead Rd, Suite 3L**
**Houston, TX 77040**

**Pickup Days:** Tuesday and Wednesday immediately following the auction.

**Pickup Hours:**
10:30 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
**Closed for lunch from 3:00–4:00 PM.**

**Walk-ins welcome during these hours. No appointment or call upon arrival is needed.**

**PAYMENT BEFORE PICKUP**

All orders must be paid in full before pickup through the **Square invoice sent to your email**, unless paying **cash or Zelle at pickup**. We do not charge cards automatically. Orders will only be released once payment is complete.

**STEP 1 — ARRIVE**
Come to the address above during the designated pickup days and hours.

**STEP 2 — PARK**
Use an available parking space directly in front of our warehouse. There are only two or three spaces.

If those spaces are full, park alongside the gate. **Do not block the gate, roadway, or other vehicles. Do not park behind vehicles occupying parking spaces.**

**STEP 3 — WALK IN**
Enter through the **warehouse bay door** and check in with staff to collect your order.

Please leave the property after collecting your items. No hanging around or checking items on the property.

**MISSED PICKUPS**

Items not collected during the designated pickup week will be forfeited without refund.

**WALK-IN PICKUP NOTICE**

If overcrowding, parking congestion, or other disruptions make pickups difficult to manage, we may return to appointment-only pickup. Please follow all parking and pickup rules to help us keep walk-in pickup available. Any changes will be announced before the next pickup period.
