TERMS & CONDITIONS — READ BEFORE BIDDING

By bidding, you agree to the following terms:

ALL SALES FINAL

Items are sold as-is. No returns or refunds except for items that are not as described.

No returns for missing parts, dents, scratches, or cosmetic issues disclosed in the listing.

PHOTOS & DESCRIPTIONS

Read the full title and description and review all photos before bidding. Supplier photos may be included.

You are bidding on the item and quantity described. Accessories shown in supplier photos are included only if stated in the listing.

ITEM CONDITION & TESTING

Most items are new and untested. Used or open-box items will be described to the best of our ability. Functionality is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the listing.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Invoices are sent to your email through Square after the auction. We do not charge cards automatically.

- Square invoices must be paid within **24 hours**.
- All orders must be paid in full **before pickup**, unless you are paying cash or Zelle at pickup.
- For all other payments, use the Square invoice sent to your email.
- Cash and Zelle payments are accepted at pickup. Your order will not be released until payment is complete.
- If paying cash or zelle you will receive a 3% discount (Notify us upon arrival)
- Failure to pay may result in a ban from future auctions.

Pickup takes place on the **Tuesday and Wednesday immediately following the auction**.

Pickup Hours:
10:30 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM

We are closed for lunch from 3:00–4:00 PM. Please do not arrive during this time.

No appointment is needed. No call or text upon arrival is required. Walk in during the pickup hours listed above.

Step 1 — Come to the Warehouse
Arrive at the address above during our designated pickup days and hours.

Step 2 — Park
Use an available parking space directly in front of our warehouse. There are only two or three spaces.

If those spaces are full, park alongside the gate without blocking the gate or roadway. **Do not park behind other vehicles or block them in.**

Step 3 — Walk In
Enter through our **warehouse bay door** and check in with staff to collect your order.

Please leave the property after collecting your items. No hanging around or checking items on the property.

Additional pickup instructions are listed in **Lot 1A**. Items not collected during the designated pickup week will be forfeited without refund.

SHIPPING

- You must select **Shipping** when registering for the auction.
- If you accidentally select pickup but need shipping, contact us immediately after the auction to request the change. Shipping is not arranged automatically.
- Shipping is handled in-house and processed over a two-week period after item payment is received.
