Description
This collection contains several comic book units from the 1980s, primarily housed in vintage retail poly-bags with brand header cards. The assortment features three issues of Judge Dredd in The Judge Child Quest (Nos. 1, 3, and 5) published by Eagle Comics, each featuring cover art by Brian Bolland. Also included is The Spectre No. 7 (October 1987) from DC Comics with cover art by Mike Mignola, and Starslayer: The Log of the Jolly Roger No. 6 from First Comics featuring art by Mike Grell and billed as the pulse-pounding conclusion. One unit is a factory-sealed PAX multi-pack (Model No. PAX25001) originating from Concord, Ontario, which contains three comic books. The visible issues in this pack include Shock Therapy No. 2 from Harrier Comics and 2000 A.D. Monthly No. 13 from Eagle Comics. The packaging features Super Comix and Super Starz branding on the blue and yellow header cards. Height approx. 10 1/8 inches (read from a visible tape measure). Condition: The comic books are in raw, ungraded condition and remain in their original retail plastic packaging. The poly-bags and header cards show standard signs of storage and age, including minor crinkling and light surface wear. Because the items are housed in sealed or taped bags, internal condition and potential spine defects cannot be fully inspected.
