AUCTION PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment forms accepted are Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. (There is a 4% fee for paying by credit card.) Payments must be made by 4:00pm Fri October 23rd, 2026.
Any invoice not paid by the end of scheduled pick up times will have thier invoice total including all fees charged to the credit card you have on file. Buyer will be given 7 days to make pick up arrangements or the items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage fees.

If payment has not been made or other arrangements have not been made by this time or the card you have on file is declined your account will be blocked from future bidding until all open invoices have been satisfied including a $35 reinstatement fee. This policy is strictly followed.
