AUCTION SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

THERE ARE LOTS IN THIS AUCTION THAT CAN BE SHIPPED (As noted in each lot) HOWEVER WE ASK THAT YOU CALL BEFORE YOU BID TO ENSURE THAT THE LOTS YOU WISH TO BID ON CAN IN FACT BE SHIPPED. SEE INDIVIDUAL LOT INFORMATION AND SHIPPING TERMS FOR MORE INFORMATION. Please see individual lot descriptions for shipping availability.

All out of state bidders will automatically have invoices sent directly to the shipping department at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified by the bidder. In state bidders who require shipping must contact us before Friday October 23rd at 4pm and request shipping.

Once orders have been packed and shipping calculated the amount will be added to bidder's invoice and total amount for invoice will be charged to the bidder's credit card on file.

We do our best to have all shipping orders completed by the Tuesday following the Auction end date.

- Ammunition may only be shipped by UPS Ground Transportation and ONLY to the continental US where shipping is legal. Some states do not allow shipping of ammunition directly to the consumer without a licens. Buyer's are responsible for knowing the laws of thier states. We will not ship to state with shipping restrictions. No Exceptions.

- Firearms are shipped to valid FFL dealers only and only shipped by priority mail or USPS Ground Advantage with Adult Sig required. All fees paid for by the buyer.

- We do not ship any items that have, or have had liquid or gas fuels in them. This includes lanterns, stoves, heaters, fuel cans or tanks, etc.

- We do not ship anything with possibly hazardous chemicals. This includes thermometers or themostats that may contain mercury.

- We reserve the right to refuse to ship any lot in our auction. Again please call first to verify that the lots you are interested in can be shipped. If you bid on a lot that cannot be shipped you are still responsible for the payment of that lot.

- We handle all shipping IN HOUSE. We do not accept buyer provided shipping labels.

- We ship USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We do not ship Fed Ex. Shipping is calculated by adding actual shipping cost plus a fee of $5.00 to $15.00 (more only if need for packing materials) depending on the size and type of package and materials needed to ship your items safely. All invoices Over $50 will have insurace added automatically unless buyer notifies us that they do not want insurance.
