By registering and bidding, you agree to the complete auction terms. This is a simplified summary of the most important information:

NUMBER 1 - ONLINE-ONLY AUCTION:

Registration is required before bidding. You may bid anytime after registering and while lots are closing.

NUMBER 2 - BUYER'S PREMIUM:

A 20% buyer's premium is added to every winning bid.

NUMBER 3 - CARD PROCESSING FEE:
A 3% card processing fee applies to card payments.

NUMBER 4 - PAYMENT:

After the auction ends, your registered card will be charged for your winning bids, buyer's premium, taxes and applicable fees.

NUMBER 5 - SHIPPING:

Shipping charges and the $12 handling fee per box are invoiced separately through Shipping Saint after your items are packed.

NUMBER 6 - PICKUP OR SHIPPING:

Winning bidders will receive an email and text asking them to select pickup or shipping. Pickup dates and appointment times will be announced after the auction.

NUMBER 7 - ALL BIDS ARE FINAL:

We do not retract bids. Carefully review all photographs and descriptions and complete any necessary research before bidding.

NUMBER 8 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Items are sold as-is and where-is. No refunds, returns or exchanges are accepted except where required by law.

NUMBER 9 - NO GUARANTEES:

Picker Stars Auctions makes no warranties or guarantees regarding condition, authenticity, signatures, grading or third-party certificates.

NUMBER 10 - BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY:

Bidders are responsible for making their own determinations about an item before placing a bid.
