UTHENTICITY, GRADING AND COA DISCLAIMER
Picker Stars Auctions does not guarantee, recommend or favor one authentication or grading company over another. Authentication and grading are matters of professional opinion, and different companies may reach different conclusions about the same item.

If you purchase an item accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), authentication or grade and later submit it to another company that reaches a different opinion, that difference of opinion is not grounds for a return, refund or dispute.

Most of the sports cards, collectibles and signed memorabilia in this auction were obtained from an estate. Unless a listing specifically states that an item has been authenticated or graded, it should be considered unauthenticated.

Picker Stars Auctions does not independently authenticate or grade the items presented in this auction. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent or endorse, any company or individual whose COA, authentication or grade may accompany an item.

All items are presented AS-IS and AS-FOUND. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the photographs and descriptions and making their own judgments regarding authenticity, condition, grade and value before bidding.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each item accurately based on the information available to us. However, no guarantee or warranty of authenticity, condition, grade or value is expressed or implied.

ALL BIDS AND SALES ARE FINAL.
