INVOICE & PAYMENT REMINDER – PLEASE READ

All winning bids are subject to:
• 16% Buyer's Premium
• 2% Card Processing Fee (applies to both credit and debit card payments)
• $1 Handling Fee per lot
• 13% HST applied to the full subtotal

Please note that in your invoice in the "Buyers Premium" section this charge includes the BP % and $1 handling fee each lot.

Please bid accordingly.

Credit/Debit Card:
After the auction closes, the credit or debit card used at registration will be charged automatically, including the 2% processing fee. This fee applies regardless of whether the card is credit or debit, as both are processed through the same electronic payment system.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of registering that your payment method is e-Transfer (see below for e-Transfer information).

Note: E-Transfer payments are NOT subject to the 2% credit card processing fee.

If we do not receive your e-Transfer by the deadline, the credit card on file will be charged automatically.

Invoice & Pickup Emails
Invoices and pickup booking links will be emailed within 24 hours of auction close. Please check your inbox, junk, spam, and promotions folders for:
• Your invoice showing the total charged
• A secure payment link (if any balance remains)
• A pickup booking link to schedule your appointment

We cannot track whether you have received these emails. It is your responsibility to check your folders.

If you have not received your invoice by Tuesday at 11:00 AM, please contact us. We will not entertain emails stating “we did not receive our invoice” weeks after the auction has closed.
