ITEM CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ

Before bidding, please carefully review each lot's description and photos.

Note: our color-coded item conditions do not replace your responsibility to READ each item's description, staff comments, and our Terms and Conditions.

If the item is listed as:

BRAND NEW SEALED - it means that it still has its seal tape to open or plastic wrap that we are unable to remove for inspection. These lots with this condition are not inspected or tested if applicable.

NEW OPEN BOX - it means the box has no seal or tape, we opened it to take photos, test for powering
ON only or connectivity to BT when we can. It is unused.

LIKE NEW - it means the item has some minimal signs of use.

USED/GOOD - it means the item has very visible signs of use, could be heavy use/dirty etc.

DAMAGED/PARTS - it means it's good for repairs or parts only. Can also be categorized as REPAIR or PARTS ONLY.

UNVERIFIED - this applies to all branded/designer accessories, clothing, bags, jewelry, watches, shoes and any other high value items in all of our auctions. Auction Republic does not Authenticate these items, it came to us like that , we present them to you the way it is. Our staff makes every effort to show as many photos as we can, BID AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Please read all lot reminders and review all descriptions of each lot just in case the staff has some important findings/comments for that item. Remember that stock photos are for reference only and should not be your basis for that item.

All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”, with no warranties, guarantees, or returns, whether express or implied.

Auction Republic makes no representation regarding:
•Functionality or working condition
•Completeness or missing components
•Quality, appearance, or model accuracy
•Safety, durability, or suitability for a specific use
•Some items may be returns, shelf pulls, liquidation stock, or previously used, and may show signs of handling, retail stickers, minor damage, or wear.

By bidding, the buyer assumes all risks associated with possession, handling, storage, and use of items.

Once items leave the premises, no claims, refunds, adjustments, or returns will be accepted for any reason.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing lot details and photos before placing a bid.

For consumable or food items: some may be approaching or past their Best Before date (quality, not safety). Expired items are never sold.

By accepting items, the buyer acknowledges Section 5 “Accepting the Item” in Auction Republic’s Terms & Conditions and assumes all associated risks.
