Pickup Instructions
Please have your Bidcard # ready upon arrival.
Our staff will bring out your auction winnings for you.
For large or heavy items, pickup may take place at the loading dock. You will be directed by staff once you check in at the front.
Important Parking & Facility Rules
Please DO NOT block other unit loading docks.
Use designated customer parking spaces only.
Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY through our online booking system. Walk-ins are not permitted (no exceptions).
Please review the Auction Details for available pickup dates and times.
To avoid overcrowding and ensure parking availability:
Arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Early or late arrivals may be turned away at our discretion.
Items not picked up within the designated window without pre-approved written arrangements will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned items are forfeited without refund.
Shipping Policy
We are partnered with pkgPlace for all shipping and delivery needs.
After paying your invoice in full, visit the pkgPlace website directly to request shipping.
Inspection
Buyers are responsible for inspecting and testing items at our designated pickup and testing area before leaving the building.
Acceptance of Items
By taking an item from the testing area or leaving the premises, you confirm:
You have inspected (or chosen not to inspect) the item.
You accept the item as-is.
You waive all rights to disputes, claims, or adjustments regarding misdescription, defects, or missing parts.
Once an item leaves the premises, no refunds, credits, or claims will be accepted.
